I casually heard her words, never dreaming they would become a reality.
I've always had a heart for missions and one day thought I would do something in Africa, I just didn't know how or when.
Around the first of March I woke up one Monday morning with a burden for Africa. I looked up mission trips online but knew realistically it would be hard to go by myself. Less than a week later God had connected me with the Rodgers who were going to Kenya this summer--- the rest is history.
It all started with a simple facebook post:
My new favorite mantra, "God doesn't place a desire to do ministry on your heart that he doesn't provide an opportunity."
