Ringing in a new decade!!! Welcome 2010!

It's hard for me to believe that a decade has come and gone since we anxiously awaited Y2K and its arrival. I remember where I rang in that New Year, Century and Decade--- ironically I rang in 2010 with most of the same people. We're a quirky group of friends who have shared a lot together over the last decade: high school graduations, college graduations, marriages and births not to mention countless church league basketball games, weekend trips, GNOs. I love each and every member of this group for their own unique reason. As it would happen- time always has a way of slipping in and distracting us from seeing each other as often as we'd like- but there's one thing about it! No how matter how long we're apart, it seems as though no time has passed when we're together. Likewise- when ever one of us is in need- the rest drop what they're doing and run to their side. I hope that we have many New Years to celebrate together.

This year we decided to ring in the New Year bowling followed by a par-tey at the Newly Wed's the Greens!

First stop.. Foxfire Bowling (thankfully they are SMOKE FREE now!)

So our first game was just a "warm up".. haha... I think you can tell we were more about having fun than playing seriously... I had to snap this picture because Tyler's score and my score were neck and neck! Obviously bowling didn't run in the Dancy gene pool!
