Over the past few years I have heard ladies rave over Beth Moore's Bible Studies. I've never had time (made the time anyways) to do one, that is until NOW. I figure, it's now or never. Now seems as good a time as any. The Esther circle, a young women's group, at church meets monthly to share in want and in need. Our fall kick off was tonight. As a group we have commited to doing an in depth study of one of Beth's older studies, "To Live as Christ." This devotional follows the life of Paul, a missionary. Tonight we watched an introduction clip (the outdated fashion was quite comical)- though dated with time- the message NEVER changes. I felt an immediate connection as Beth related being teachable in this study to a teacher. Teachers are the hardest students to be taught. Lord make this teacher teachable. Instead of rushing through this study- we have mapped it out to take the course of several months. I am excited about this journey.
